Questions, answered
How fast do I get my clips?
For the $9 trial pack (10 clips in 48 hours), within 48 hours. The clock starts when your PayPal invoice is paid and we have your episode. For monthly plans, we agree a delivery schedule with you.
What do the clips look like?
Vertical 9:16 MP4 video (1080x1920) with a short hook, burned-in captions and levelled audio. Clips arrive by email or a shared folder.
What are the limits on a monthly plan?
Episodes up to about 90 minutes. Clips are usually 30 to 60 seconds, and every clip has burned-in captions. Each clip includes one round of changes within 5 business days of delivery. On Growth, each finished clip is posted to the 3 platforms you choose, on a schedule we agree.
What do you need from me?
A YouTube link or a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer) for an English-language episode, how to spell host and guest names, US or UK spelling, and anything to leave out. You also confirm you own the episode or have the rights to have it clipped, including guest consent.
Is it a person or software?
Both. Software helps with transcripts and rendering. A person picks the moments, fixes the captions and watches every clip in full before it is sent.
What if I do not like the clips?
Every plan includes one round of changes: tell us what to fix and we re-cut it (on the trial pack, within 5 days of delivery). The $9 trial pack (10 clips in 48 hours) also has our guarantee: free redo, and if you're still unhappy, a full $9 refund.
How does payment work?
Anas sends you a PayPal invoice after you say go ahead. You can pay with a PayPal account or a card through PayPal. Monthly plans are billed in advance.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans run month to month. Send us an email before your next billing date and there are no further charges. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, and we still deliver that month's clips. You keep everything already delivered.
How does posting work on Growth?
On Growth we post to 3 platforms we agree with you, through a scheduler invite or a platform role (not shared passwords where avoidable). You can choose to approve clips before they are posted.
Who owns the clips?
You do. On full payment you own the clips we make from your episodes. We will not show your content publicly without your written permission.
Why not an AI clipping tool or a freelancer?
AI tools suggest clips and you review, fix and post them yourself. A freelance editor works from your brief and you manage each job. With SnipCrew you send a link, a person chooses and checks the clips, and your part is to approve.
What is not included?
Guaranteed views, followers or leads (nobody can promise those), custom motion graphics, B-roll or ad production, and full-episode editing. We also cannot clip content you do not have the rights to.
